Libby's Leashes is not staffed to do business by phone.
We are a small family business and phone calls interrupt production and interferes with family time.

CANCELLATIONS:
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled in the first 24 hours.
A 5% cancellation fee will be charged.
ORDERING:
At Libby's Leashes, all of our products are hand-made.
Products in stock will be shipped within two business days.
Some products are made to order and can have a 2-4 week prodution time.
You will receive an email when your order ships with tracking information.
If you order something that MUST arrive by a certain date, please email at
robin@libbysleashes.com and let us know. We will try our best to get it to you by that date.
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the USPS or UPS.
Tracking information will be provided via email.
We always charge exact shipping fees.
If the shopping cart calculates a higher rate than the actual shipping rate, we will refund you the difference.
Please be sure to provide a valid email address and/or phone number when placing an order.
On orders over $100 we will ship with a delivery confirmation requiring the customer's signature at delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
RETURNS/EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS OF SHIPPING.
Libby's Leashes will accept returns of any UNUSED items, with the exception of
Personalized, Custom, Holiday, or Sale items.
Personalized, Custom, Holiday, or Sale items may not be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
We reserve the right to determine if the product is in used condition.
All returns must be approved before shipping. Please email for an Return Authorization number.
Please be sure to indicate the reason for the return, or if it is an exchange, the size needed.
Write the RA number on the outside of the box, Include a copy of the original invoice.
Sizing is the responsibility of the buyer and we will gladly help with this at the time of purchase, or exchange sizes. But the cost of additional shipping will be borne by the buyer, this includes shipment of the new item.
